Emily lives and writes in Chicago and New York, mainly about climate change, resource-efficient design, and the natural world. Her writing has been published in several outlets including Time Out Chicago, Newcity, the moss Design blog, Slow Food Chicago, This Week in Birding, Westside Rag, and Green Building and Design.
